Helping people break into first-generation students

For 36 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

You helped me get my first first-generation students job in 2019. I still have your notes! Truly.
