Carlos André Alves
Mentor in careers and trades
- 🇧🇷 Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, Brazil
- Cedar Grove Community Trust
- 1997 to 2012

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 650 people through Cedar Grove Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Carlos
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Carlos: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
