Caoimhe L. Daly
Cross country and fitness coach, Limerick
- 🇮🇪 Limerick, Munster, Ireland
- Limerick Boxing Gym
- Since 1994
- English
For 32 years I've run the cross country program at Limerick Boxing Gym in Limerick. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Caoimhe
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
