Cansu Tuğba Coşkun
Sculpture and textiles artist
- 🇹🇷 Gaziantep, Gaziantep, Türkiye
- Gaziantep Gallery
- Since 2012
- English, Turkish
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2012 at Gaziantep Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Cansu: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
