French and economics teacher, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Hope Boys' School
- Since 1997
- English, Turkish, French
For 29 years I have been the French teacher at Hope Boys' School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Cansu
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

thank you for never giving up on the kid at the back who didn't say much. Greetings from Sydney.

You taught me French in 2005 at Hope Boys' School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
