I teach art at Bursa High School in Bursa since 1999. Most days I teach teenagers, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Cansu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
