Cansu Aylin Özkan
Mentor in nursing and trades
- 🇹🇷 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Kadıköy Association
- Since 1989
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,670 people through Kadıköy Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Cansu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Cansu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
