Baking, done properly
- 🇹🇷 Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye
- Bamboo Workshop
- 1993 to 2008
- English, Turkish
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1993 in Çankaya and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
More about Can
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Can: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
