Camila J. Mendoza
Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
- The Hillcrest Trades Guild
- Since 2012
- English
I've worked in weaving since 2012. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 780 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
What gifts mean to Camila: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
