I taught French at Central Secondary School in Oakland from 1987 to 2007. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I learned every name in the first week.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
More about Cameron
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
