Helping people break into farming
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- Victory Association
- 2009 to 2020
- English, Romanian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 430 people through Victory Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Camelia
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Camelia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
