Caleb A. Banks
Careers mentor, Aurora
- 🇺🇸 Aurora, Illinois, United States
- Aurora Community Trust
- 1985 to 2006
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 690 people through Aurora Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
