Caio Otávio Machado
Volunteer mentor with Niterói Foundation
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Niterói Foundation
- Since 2016
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Niterói Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Caio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Caio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
