Caio Flávio Brito
Volunteer mentor with Rio de Janeiro Association
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Since 1979
- Portuguese, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,490 people through Rio de Janeiro Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Caio
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
