I coached boxing at Mombasa Community Club from 1991 to 2025. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Byaruhanga
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Byaruhanga: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
