Büşra Ecrin Özer
Volunteer mentor with Brookfield Foundation
- 🇹🇷 İzmir, İzmir, Türkiye
- Brookfield Foundation
- 2002 to 2013
- English, Turkish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Brookfield Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Büşra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
