Busaba Wanida Onsri

Mentor in leadership and first-generation students

  • 🇹🇭 Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai, Thailand
  • Chiang Mai Community Trust
  • Since 1981
  • English, Thai
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,220 people through Chiang Mai Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Busaba

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
