Burcu Zeynep Çiftçi
Helping people break into teaching
- 🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany
- Greenfield Foundation
- Since 2002
- German, French
For 24 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Burcu
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Burcu: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
