Burcu Gizem Güneş
Teacher at St. Anne's Girls' School, loves religious studies

I teach religious studies and art at St. Anne's Girls' School, Istanbul. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I've had 1,620 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Burcu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Burcu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
