Burak Berk Yalçın
20 years teaching agriculture in Çankaya
- 🇹🇷 Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye
- Orchid Technical College
- 1980 to 1993
- English, Turkish
I taught agriculture at Orchid Technical College in Çankaya from 1980 to 1993. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Burak
If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Burak: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
