I've volunteered with Northside Community Kitchen from 1999 to 2017. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
Our crew is about 29 people now. Everyone brings something.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Budi
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Budi: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
