Budi Heru Wardana

Helping people break into software

  • 🇮🇩 Kediri, East Java, Indonesia
  • Oakwood Foundation
  • Since 1993
  • English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Oakwood Foundation. I play music while people worked. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Budi

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Budi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
