Bruno Luiz Souza
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- The Andes Shop
- Since 1981
- Portuguese
I've worked in tiling since 1981. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,760 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Bruno: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

You fixed our roof in 2004 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Barranquilla.
