I work mostly in calligraphy, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1996 at Little Hillcrest Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Hillcrest Gallery, which keeps me honest.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Brooks
I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
