Brooks Porter
Plumbing for 35 years in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- The Los Angeles Workshop
- Since 1991
- English, Spanish
My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 1991 in Los Angeles and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Brooks
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Brooks: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
