Brooks M. Woods
Mentor in farming and public speaking
- 🇺🇸 San Antonio, Texas, United States
- Hope Learning Hub
- Since 1978
- English
For 48 years I've mentored people in farming and public speaking. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Brooks
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Brooks: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
