27 years teaching social studies in Dayton
- 🇺🇸 Dayton, Ohio, United States

For 48 years I have been the social studies teacher at Mount Pleasant Middle School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,250 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Brooks
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Brooks: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
