Brooks J. Russell
27 years teaching early years in Charlotte
- 🇺🇸 Charlotte, North Carolina, United States
- Charlotte High School
- Since 2000
- English, French
For 26 years I have been the early years teacher at Charlotte High School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Brooks
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Brooks: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
