Leadership mentor, Manchester

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Manchester Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 1996. I still have your notes. Greetings from Cape Coast.
