Leadership mentor, Sheffield
- 🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom

For 22 years I've mentored people in leadership and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Brooks
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first leadership job in 2015. I still have your notes. Greetings from Fort Portal.
