For nine years I was the environmental science teacher at Frangipani Secondary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, my door was open at lunch.
More about Brooklyn
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
