Brooklyn M. Guerrero

Youth basketball coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Hialeah, Florida, United States
  • Hialeah Swimming Club
  • Since 2016
  • English
For ten years I've run the basketball program at Hialeah Swimming Club in Hialeah. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Brooklyn

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Brooklyn: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
