I taught biology and art at San Diego Grammar School, San Diego. I answered every email, even at midnight.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Brooklyn: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
