Brielle Allen
Mentor in design and small business
- 🇨🇦 Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
- Redwood Foundation
- Since 1989
- English
For 37 years I've mentored people in design and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Brielle
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Brielle: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
