I taught chemistry at New York Secondary School in New York from 2003 to 2025. Most days I taught teenagers, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
