I've spent 15 years as a lecturer in agriculture at St. Mary's State University in Newcastle. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a bank clerk and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Brian: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
