Brenda K. Miranda

Local shoemaking and electrical work

  • 🇺🇸 Fort Collins, Colorado, United States
  • Little Fort Collins Trades Guild
  • Since 1984
  • English
I've worked in shoemaking since 1984. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,390 apprentices. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Brenda

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

Crafts and trades

What gifts mean to Brenda: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
