For 34 years I've run the cycling program at Gold Coast Andes Football Club in Gold Coast. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
