Brenda Avila

Youth cricket coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Syracuse, New York, United States
  • Syracuse Valley View Sports Club
  • Since 1988
  • English
I've coached cricket at Syracuse Valley View Sports Club since 1988. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
