I've spent 19 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Cape Town State University in Cape Town. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Brandon
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Brandon: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
