I've worked in masonry since 1981. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,440 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Brandon: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
