Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States
- Colorado Springs Foundation
- Since 1998
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,200 people through Colorado Springs Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
