Bola Ife Olawale

Geography and mathematics teacher, Awka

  • 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
  • Awka Girls' School
  • 2003 to 2011
  • English, Igbo
I taught geography at Awka Girls' School in Awka from 2003 to 2011. Most days I taught Year 10, and I never turned anyone away. I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Bola

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
