Bola Adebayo
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Nsukka Art Collective
- 🇳🇬 Nsukka, Enugu, Nigeria
- Old Nsukka Art Collective
- 1988 to 1996
- English
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes embroidery. My first show was in 1988 at Old Nsukka Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I make terrible puns.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Bola
I've had 12 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
