Helping people break into farming
- 🇷🇺 Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia
- Since 1997
- English, Ukrainian
For 29 years I've mentored people in farming and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I play music while people worked.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Bogdana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Bogdana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first farming job in 2018. I still have your notes. Greetings from Envigado.
