Bo Tian
30 years teaching music in Fresno
- 🇺🇸 Fresno, California, United States
- Willow Creek Girls' School
- Since 2003
- English, Mandarin
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 870 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Bo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Bo: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
