Bo Jing Yuan

Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇺🇸 Knoxville, Tennessee, United States
  • Old Summit Trades Guild
  • Since 1999
  • English
I've worked in shoemaking since 1999. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,430 apprentices. Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
