I've volunteered with Riverside Food Bank since 1979. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Bishnu
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Bishnu: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
