I'm a mentor in trades. I've spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Birtukan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
