Binita Aryal
Mentor in software and farming
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- St. Anne's Association
- 1988 to 2017
- English
For 29 years I've mentored people in software and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Binita
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Binita: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
